Sports Consultr x Casey Cup
The biggest junior pre-season football tournament in Victoria, Australia is about to kick off! Welcome to the Casey Cup 2021.
After it took a pandemic to stop it last year, nothing will be standing in the way of the inaugural Casey Cup 2021. With now over 200 junior soccer teams from every corner of Victoria along with teams travelling from NSW, the Casey Cup is landmark event engrained in the football calendar for years to come!
In partnership with the City of Casey , the tournament will take place at Casey Fields, located in the South East Suburbs of Melbourne, where also principal partners and A-League team Melbourne City FC also call home for their training ground.
The Casey Cup is conducted by The Australian Football Skool, the organisers of the very successful AFS Shepparton Cup, the tournament is participated by all age groups including U7-U18 boys and girls divisions as well as All Abilities categories.
The tournament will played over three days from Friday 9 April to Sunday 11April, the 2021 Casey Cup is likely to be the largest soccer tournament ever held in the area, perhaps even Metro Melbourne
It is anticipated that the 2021 Casey Cup will see around 2,500 competitors and officials, from throughout Victoria, Australia in attendance with an anticipated 10,000 spectators will attend the event over the 3 days.
Sports Consultr has been fortunate enough to be working with the Casey Cup organising committee since 2020, working on working across multiple projects within the competition’s campaign;
The expertise Sports Consultr provides, the Casey Cup could elevate the components which may have previously been under valued have been raised to match the standards they provide in their tournaments as expert organisers.
